PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

This document is an official proposal (public offer) of the Sole Proprietorship Ihnatieva Kristina Oleksandrivna, acting on the basis of the Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", to conclude a Service Agreement under the following conditions.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Agreement is a public contract in accordance with Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the conditions of which are the same for all Clients. 1.2. The fact of payment by the Client for the Contractor's services (or prepayment) is considered full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. 1.3. The Agreement concluded by accepting this offer does not require bilateral signing and is valid in electronic form.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with services in the field of information technology (hereinafter referred to as "Services"), namely:

• Web development (landing pages, online stores, corporate websites);

• Web design and graphic design;

• Technical support and administration of web resources;

• Other related services indicated on the website https://alexdsgn.pro/en.

2.2. The Client undertakes to accept and pay for the provided Services.

3. ORDERING PROCEDURE AND PROVISION OF SERVICES

3.1. Ordering of Services is carried out by filling out the form on the website https://alexdsgn.pro/en, via messengers, or by sending terms of reference (technical task) to the Contractor's e-mail. 3.2. The specific list of works, deadlines, and costs are agreed upon by the Parties individually before the start of work (in messengers, by mail, or by issuing an Invoice). 3.3. The Contractor proceeds to work after receiving prepayment in the amount agreed by the Parties (usually 50% or 100%).

4. COST OF SERVICES AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

4.1. Prices for Services are determined by the Contractor and are indicated on the website or in an individual estimate/invoice. 4.2. Payment is made in the national currency of Ukraine (Hryvnia) by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or through payment systems connected to the website. 4.3. When paying via payment systems (Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank card), the Client agrees to the terms of the payment service.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Contractor is obliged to:

• Provide Services efficiently and within the time limits established.

• Ensure the confidentiality of data received from the Client (passwords, access).

5.2. The Client is obliged to:

• Timely provide full information and materials (texts, photos) necessary for the performance of work.

• Timely pay for the Contractor's work.

6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1. For non-performance or improper performance of obligations, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. 6.2. The Contractor is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the Client's website caused by the actions of hosting providers, domain registrars, or third parties.

7. OTHER CONDITIONS

7.1. The Contractor has the right to involve third parties in the performance of work without the additional consent of the Client (including technical specialists, designers), while remaining responsible for the result of their work. 7.2. All proprietary intellectual property rights to the created product (design, code) are transferred to the Client after full payment for the Services.
