TASK
To create a user-friendly portfolio website with a high lead conversion rate. The main focus was on the high-quality presentation of completed projects (kitchens, wardrobes, living rooms) and a transparent overview of the working process. The objective was to design a seamless Customer Journey Map (CJM) from browsing gallery photos to the target action: booking a measurement or requesting a price quote.
RESULT
A modern and intuitive platform was created, establishing trust from the very first seconds. Thanks to a clear catalog structure and optimized lead capture forms, the website effectively generates inquiries for custom projects. The fully responsive design ensures a flawless presentation of the portfolio across all devices.
